STUDIO – SUSTAINABLE CITY


GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COURSE

Project-oriented experimental studio explores the issues of integration of sustainable architecture through the creation of sustainable urban space. In the domain of the studio carried out lectures that illuminate the theme of the project, define the bases and objectives of the project. Project work weekly checks, corrects and directs with the aim of linking knowledge of the objects that are implemented within the module sustainable city.

 

COURSE CONTENTS

The course will cover the following topics:

  • introduction to the sustainable urban planning and sustainable architecture
  • definition of basic notions and concepts of the sustainable architecture
  • outline of the development of sustainable urban planning
  • reflective practices: architectural typologies and basic principles of sustainable architecture
  • Examples of sustainable urban planing and sustainable architecture
  • Seminar project: main goals of the project, sustainable principles of the project
